Default Pine coulee

Well the May 19 open never happened. County did not get the road paved so it has been delayed to May 29. Now with all this heavy rain I am very much doubtful that it will open much before early June.

I'm not sure what you mean. There have been people fishing at PCR for a few weeks now. Have a friend that has family out there and says last weekend was packed and there were people there today. It might not be a productive place after it was fished out in 2017 to prepare it for trout stocking, but people are still fishing it.

According to the stocking report fingerling Rainbow trout were stocked in 2017. Not sure if they survived or just became food for the remaining walleye and pike, I've never heard of anyone landing a trout from there.
Seems that the AEP have not given up on making this a trout reservoir though, they did another dump last fall with twice as many fingerling. Wait and see I guess...

If and when I get back there I hope to catch a pike or a walleye with a trout in it's mouth. PI-OUT or an EYE-OUT
