Default screw in chokes

if you were to have an over and under threaded for chokes, who would you use to do the job ?

That would depend on where you live. First, I would make sure that the shotgun will be compatible with screw in chokes, if the barrels are too thin, it may not be an option. Seeing your location, I would check with Corlanes.

List of their Canadian Dealers. Calgary Shooting Centre had a German trained gun smith last time I was there. He did some work on a rifle for me, very good quality, reasonable price. Would be worth a call re chokes.

I have always seen partial to briley back bored chokes and Mueller backbored chokes chokes
