Default Stars in the sky.

If anyone is looking for a good hunting movie/documentary then this might be for you. I just finished downloading and watching it on Vimeo. Great flick. I like when great speakers explain my emotional connection to my past time better than I can.

Here is the YouTube trailer if you're interested.

If you don't know who Steven rubella is here is a YouTube video of how he thinks and represents hunters.

Great production value. They are the company that did Anthony Bourdain's show.

Steven Rubella? Rubella is German measles, the man you mean is Steven Rinella.

Haha. My bad. I was on the crapper and making a thread with the phone. Meh, don't care enough to change it. You get the point.

I chuckled. Steve Rubella is Steve Rinella's cousin. Bit of a spotty character.

Charlie Chickenpox, Irma Influenza, and Hank Herpes are less well known relatives of Steve's as well.

Hopefully you're the only person using that phone. Cant return it for defects now either. It's been flagged in the system.

I bought it on Vimeo, it definitely stirs something inside me. Rinella has a great narratio voice.

Even the wife enjoyed it.

Same, I rented it when it first came out. I wish it was longer, Rinella is a great guy and his friendship with Joe Rogan and Joe's reach has really promoted hunting in a positive light.

Shhh!!! He’s a super-duper extra-undercover anti who pretends to like hunting and fishing and guns and eating coyotes and sending his kids to school with muskox sandwiches. But don’t be fooled! Once he’s got us all where he wants us he’s gonna spring his trap and take our guns and tags. Sneaky sumnabatch.

Was going to create a thread but then searched the forum and saw this thread.

Just wanted to say that this is now on Netflix and I just finished watching it. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Didn’t know it existed before I randomly saw it in the “recently added” list.

I have watched it several times, it is very good.

A lot of what we feel when we are out in the wild places is so hard to describe to others.

It’s a hunting film, but something that can and should be shared with non-hunters so they can see some of the reasons why we do what we do.
