If it’s continually blowing the fuse to just the one the I would look at the motor and gear box of that one is maybe the motor shot or something jammed in the gear box. Since you can use it manually that says the screw mechanism isn’t jammed or stripped but something with the motor is drawing high amps and making fuse blow.

Motor needs a new brush or brushes. Check Commutator for smeared bars if it was really bad and the brush holder has hit. May be due to moisture more so than use. Get an extra set they are cheap if the others are not far behind.

Quick and easy way to know. If fuse pops as soon as you put power to motor its a dead short. If the fuse takes a bit to blow then it is a current draw issue (as stated bad motor) drawing too high of a current through too little a fuse.
It's the motor bud.
Good luck.

This and what Commander B said. It is definitely a motor problem since you know there are no shorts in the wiring.

Remove gearbox motor assy. From jack, disassemble gearbox, grab pinion gear on motor shaft with vise grips and give it a turn, motor shaft likes to seize in bushings, lube and reassemble. Repeat as required! I did have the magnets in one motor come unglued and I still need to replace. Even the tech at arrkan was impressed how quick I could resolve that issue! I call them crappy jacks!
