Default gull lake whites

anyone having luck on Gull with whites? I'm heading out in a few days and just curious how deep to start looking for them. Also hows the access from sandy point?

Access from Sandy point excellent, white fish are a mystery.

I'm planning on hitting Gull in the morning, forcast looks like a bty day, maybe find me some of these .... Red with Glow Bead in 5-6 fow over rock/sand rubble was hot on previous trips.

Was on gull today. Seen one walleye, caught it.
One pike, caught it.
Seen one white. No comment.

Just a heads up, north end is only 14” of ice, was out Sunday. Surprised cause sandy point was 20” two weeks ago

14” at Wilson’s today. Lots of trucks and trails on it though.
