Hey folks, I'm just wondering what everybody thinks about the different range finders that are the market, whats good, whats not. I have been looking at the Leupold RX IV, and the Bushnell Elite 1500 ARC. I cant seem to get a straight answer from any of the retailers that I've asked. Any opinions would be appricated.
There was a thread a while ago in the Hunting Section about this.....not sure if its still there, but worth a look......
Leica is the only way I'd go if I was spending your money....the new Bushnell ARC looks nice.....I've played with an older Bushnell Elite and it impressed me. The Leupolds had some troubles with the angle stuff I've heard.....not sure if they worked it out or not....
Pretty hard to beat a Leica though....they set the standard on quality rangefinders IMO.....
i run a leica 1200 . it is flawless at 500 and under. great machine for the money. 9 volt bat that has lasted for years
not a big deal ,but,I like the leica because of its thin flat shape, it fits nicely in a flat pocket, rather than a kind fits your palm that i have seen..
dont cheap out thats all i can say..
