Experience with these specific tires?
So installing new tires on a 2018 F350 long box SRW. Narrowed down to Yokohama Geolander A/T GO15, Toyo Open Country AT2, or Hankook Dynapro AT2 RF11. Just looking to see if anyone has experience (good or bad) running these. Thanks!

I have toyo’s and love them. Over 120,000km on them and they still have quite a bit of tread left.
Great grip on pavement, gravel and mud. Good on snow, not great on ice but what AT tire isnt?

Toyos are the only tire my brother runs on his one ton GMC, pulls a large trailer as well as hauling around a boat and he swears by them.

My Rav 4 came with Yokahoma Geolanders. Loved the tires. Good on gravel, great in snow and ice around the city and I got 109,000km out of them. Couldn’t get the Geolander so replaced them with another Yokohama and hated them - no traction in snow or ice, noisy and I got less than 80,000 km. Switched to Nokians and stayed with them.

Just saw that they have an Open Country AT2 AW. All weather. Might check it out.

I have had the open countrys on 3 trucks now.
2 Tundras and an F350.
I got +/- 110,000km out of them on my Tundras and I'm at 67,000km on my F350 now and my tires are pretty well worn out.
If your putting them on a half ton I dont think theres a better tire, but they definitely wear a lot faster on a 1 ton (But I think all tires will)
For the record I rarely tow.
And I have never had a flat on any of these trucks running open countrys, and I put a lot of oilfield miles on my trucks on some pretty bad roads.

I ran Geolander AT on my 3/4 ton Diesel. Went thru 2 sets of them, A good tire, not real quiet or long wearing but I found good traction on and off road,
I have the Hankook Dynapro on an F150 now, 275/55R 20", These tires are quiet and smooth riding on the highway, I haven't used them off road much though

I've used nothing but 10 ply Hankook Dynapro ATs for the last 20 years both in the bush and on the highway. I've been so satisfied I'd be really reluctant to try anything else.
I had one set of Geolanders several years ago when there was an interrupted supply of Hankooks, and they seemed soft and didn't last.

I had the Toyo AT11 on my duramax 3/4 ton and found they did not wear very good for me 60000km was it, they were 285/75R16 10ply
I was not impressed, the tire itself was ok, but did not wear nearly as good as I had hoped for. Towed horse trailer and my 5th wheel holiday trailer, not a huge amount of gravel.

I am surprised with guys liking the Hankook's. I had them on my 2016 F150 and found they wore fast and were crap in any conditions other than dry. Geolander's are a pretty good tire but I still prefer Duratrac's

Experience with these specific tires?
I always ran toyo’s on my welding truck for years and always had great luck with them! I tried the dynapro’s once. 3 out of 4 blew! That was the last time I tried Hankooks.

I had the Toyos on my F150 and liked them, they wore well (got about 100,000 kms) on them, were quiet on the highway, and decent for the limited amount of off road travel that I do.

My thumb up on the Toyos too. On my 4th set and easily over 100K on each set
Good in all conditions except ice as mentioned above. Need dedicated winters for that.

Thanks everyone! Think I'll go with the Toyo, but in the AW version and see if it's any better in winter conditions.

Good choice, IMO. I've been very pleased with the Toyo ATII on my truck and the newer AW version should be an even more well rounded tire.

Out of those three I don't think you will notice a truly marked improvement in severe winter traction with one over the other as they are all very similar levels of products and design, but bang for buck the Toyo will probably win out depending on your sources in the area. Really though, all of these are decent tires for normal all purpose use with a slant more to ride quality and durability over severe service.
