Happened across this article tonite, seems to be connected with the various plans the gov't is launching along the foothills, but, I don't follow that stuff all that closely, seems like another twist to the story though.

It is a great idea as far as a wildlife corridor and I would be in agreement with it....BUT sooner or later it will become one great big UNSCO heritage site and any and all access will be permanently banned...
