Default Star lake the bucket brigade got that one two.

So I was out at star today looking for a couple bows. Managed 1 and about 200 5 to 7 inches perch. I guess that lake is turning into hasse lake. I hate buck biologist.

Perch have been in Star for 30+ years. Likely in there when they poisoned it back in the 70's to stock it with trout.

If they are 7 inches keep a limit of the delicious buggers and do the place a favor. Good sharp fillet knife you could parlay those small perch into the finest of meals.

Tried them in there 15 years ago. Used to get some up to about 10-1/2” but they tasted like mud or something. Quite disgusting really and so I never went back. They’ve been in that lake for a long time and I doubt any perceived bucket brigade had anything to do with it.
