Thumbs down Snow coming in straight sideways!

Looking out the window visibility is down to a couple hundred feet and it is just absolutely dumping here. School is open but no bus running. Power lines are just taking a beating, I am thinking the generator will be a good investment today.
What's the weather doing where you are?

The big dump seems to have slid right over Edmonton. Maybe more is coming as it is cold and grey out there. Minimal wet snow this am.

Moderate Snow in Athabasca, but the roads are covered in drifts. Not overly cold, ~-2*C, but pretty strong winds.

No snow when I left Saskatoon this morning, but heavy snow just west of the city until Lloyd. Just grabbing a bite in Lloyd before heading west again.

Wind still up although it stopped snowing in Lloyd,

I sold an item to a guy in BC said he would send an EMT as soon as he finishes mowing the lawn. "ouch"

Hey CNP. How much snow is in the trees up there. GF has cabin at lee lake and haven't been there since all the snow. Was thinking it would still be drifted in bad in that area from the winds and snow. None of us have been there since we winterized it
