Tried a couple different ways; fried in garlic butter, deep fried with SHORE LUNCH BATTER!!! WIFE FOUND SOME!!!!!!

Halibut is always soo damn good.

I'm currently starving since the wife is bringing home supper and running behind. Those pictures aren't helping. Thanks Ken!

I had halibut tonight fried in butter than saute in black bean sauce and green onions, ceaser salad, no picture but she was good

Just packing Syd up for her start at the lodge. She leaves in the Am........:-(
I will miss my pumpkin but away she must go.
