Can I change my answer?
The wife cooked up a nice big slab of Spring salmon for supper, baked in the oven after seasoning with salt pepper and garlic, then a nice heavy glaze of soya sauce, sweet soy glaze, hoisin sauce, sriracha sauce, worcestershire, fresh grated garlic and ginger.
It was just awesome. Tomorrow I will have a salmon sandwich that is just to die for.
