Sleep in. By the time you get there the militia will have trail broke.

Or try Birch Bay first. Can walk to fairly decent fishing from shore.

Cool

Conditions are brutal even broken tracks are tricky. Had to help a form member dig out . This was on a well traveled track . Hub deep or better if you break thru the crust. drifts drag your momentum and if your spinning and sink your out of traction. If you have good tires a good 4x and some experience driving in drifts with crusty snow you should be ok .do not forget a shovel and chains if you have them. Keep a constant speed and look out for soft spots . One guy spinning thru a drift can make the snow very soft. Good luck be safe and enter fast enough to exit .

Default Gull

Hey!I usually use these double bomber chironamids for flyfishing still waters , but tied a few if these this past winter and they worked awesome for me on whites this year at Gull.

Was out on Gull Friday, lots of snow and ice still left, need a 4x4 for sure , fished from 8 to 11, not much action, iced 2 whites around 9. , a small school of perch moved in, a monster pike came thru and dispersed the school pretty fast, she was big, Ive never seen a pike move that fast .
