Smuggling rocks is his passion. He has a knack for transferring them from the yard to inside the house

Smudge.
My daughter bought it, then decided a bunny and a baby were one too many.

Our second rescue, this is the first day at our house, she doesn't show her ribs anymore.

This is our first and third rescue, the pit cross was abused severely, burned with acid and needs doggy ritalin to keep on an even keel. The cat was abandoned and lived feral, my wife managed to tame him.

Buck the camp dog....

My house guard dog...

My little buddy Jack

We have some more, don't want to bore anybody....

Bore anyone? You are posting in a thread on pets after all. Keep them coming. Wish I could have a dog of my own right now but it's just not feasible.

Pets it says. Okay, pets it is.

our Parrotlett, Winston, cause he has bug eyes like Sir Winston.

Quiet time

Bath time

Grooming the boss. Winston, get a razor

Moderating the moderator.

Guess who runs our house.

More of our girl Bonny

And our first dog when we moved here. One moment she was there, the next, gone forever.

Gone but not forgotten.

Here's my gopher killer. I won him in an ugly dog contest.

Dad was a Jack Russel and Mom was a Yorkshire Terrier.

I am still keeping some, but specializing in a few species rather than trying to have one of everything.

I keep saying I am only going to keep OW because of the damn urticating hairs, but NW still seems to dominate my collection.

Best dog I've ever had... mom was a pure chocolate lab accomplished in hunting, and dad was an eager husky mix that got in the yard. Saw him on kijiji, knew I had to have him, and drove six hours north to meet the guy selling him for $50. I pay more for every bag of dogfood than I paid for the dog, which makes me laugh every time.

This is Beaner! She seems to excel at pushing the limits...she has 3 beds in the living/family room to choose from, and is working on moving from the cargo end of our RAV4 to the back seat, although she would prefer to ride shotgun. She is so funny, we just laugh every day at her quirky personality!

This is Tia, RIP little dawg!! She was truly an independent thinker, surviving for three years after being diagnosed a diabetic, becoming blind in one eye, very hard of hearing and still amazed us all! Miss the hell out of her, but the Bean is just what we needed to complete our family (even if she is a poop-eatin', rolling-in-poop dawg!!...
