Default looking for sheep summerspot

me and nephew wanting to try sheep huntinh where are they staying in summer time

Most farmers keep them out in the pasture during the summer. Best to get them right before shearing, more to grab on to.

And just when I thought the thread on Chris Gerritse = a criminal was getting stagnant someone rises up to the challenge and asks this gem.

That are an abundance of sheep around lake minnewanka. It isn't that far of a drive and they are not that spooky.

You two should be able to see some nice rams with out any issue at all

I hear the Cypress Hills are a good spot to find them in the summer time. You might want to try the Sweetgrass Hills too.

Saw some really good full curl rams at maligne canyon last year. The nice thing about them is you don't need a rifle. Just stay real still holding either peanuts or popcorn out in your hand. Soon as they start to eat grab him by the horns and throw him in the trunk.
