Default Need a bit of electrical help help

Hi All,
We have sold our home, Yayyyy, and the new owners require an inspection. The house is perfect, however. I just noticed tonight that the hot water heater (electric) is just hooked to what looks to be an existing flexible conduit. then into the ceiling with about 8" of sheathing exposed.
The house inspection is at noon tomorrow. UUgh

Is there an electrician on here willing to come over tonight or knows somebody who can, and see what it needs to be corrected. I can do it, I just don't exactly know what I need.
I'm in SE calgary New Brighton.
I don't know how I missed this stupid thing. I stare at it everyday.
You can call or text if need be. I understand it's not free.
Appreciate it

Default Problem resolved(ish)

Ok, so a member reached out and we came up with a plan.
We’ll see what the inspector says, but it should be good.
Thank you.

home inspector s are generally unqualified. Unless you are desperate to sell you can always sell "as is" no matter what the inspection says. Or minus 500$ for a repair no big deal

Family just went through something similar with Grandma's estate. In our case the inspector found a few things they thought might need addressing and suggested an electrical inspection. Electrical inspection identified one ground wire issue and the wiring for the dryer needed to be moved from the floor to the wall and have proper conduit put on. All said and done it only added a couple days to the process and cost a few hundred to rectify.

Leave it and see if he catches it.

Default Update Crisis averted

Just cause some threads never have a conclusion.
Home inspection went fine, no issues with the home noted. Buyers waved conditions and house is officially sold.
We will move into out new acerage in June.
Thank you everyone.
P.S.
The inspection happened in a driving wind and rain storm. The inspector attempted to fly his drone, lost it. Sent his helper onto the roof to retrieve it. No safety gear, no harness, slip sliding onto the peak of the roof. My wife was watching and losing her mind. (she's in oil and gas). So as far as an inspection goes. lol seems fine.

The new owners will get a great home. We will leave with no underlying issues and clear consciouses.
