Default Win m 94 ?

I was giving my grandfathers win m 94 after he passed a few years ago. It was made in 1964. I stripped it down, cleaned it inside out then put back together. No rust, hardly any bluing left, functions well, until i tried some snap caps. I think some of the part might be wore out. Anyone know where to get info on the m 94? I'm tiring to fix it my self. Thanks jay.

Google is your friend. Should be lot's of info on the net. Or you can try Brownells http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/mid=1...ics/Winchester
Lot's of good books out there as well. A rifle as popular as the '94 should be fairly easy to find info on. Maybe even check the local library.

Good luck, hope you get it fixed up. If only the rifle could talk.

We'd like to see some pics by the way.

(sorry, had to try the new smilies)

You could try calling Western Gun Parts in Edmonton. They may have an exploded view of the gun they could Email or fax .Another is Numrich gun parts in the USA, I know they have exploded views on their web site.
