Default New binoculars

So recently my trusty redfield binos kicked the bucket and I am in the market for a new pair. Just wondering what everyone is using and/or if there is any to avoid.
The problem I am running into is my eyes are fairly good so often in the store looking through crappy pair my eyes can adjust enough that they don't seem too bad.
I know that in the long run this will not be good for my eyes on long glassing sessions so I'm trying to do my research.
As much as I want to by the nice Swarovski's and call it a day my budget won't allow it so try to keep suggestions under 700 or so.

I like my Leica Geovids, but for the price, Nikon offers some decent optics.

I will vouch for Meopta. They are some of the best glass for the price.

Don’t be afraid to try out the leupolds, I think the mojave guide series is inside your price range. Vortex is a good option. The Zeiss terra, and the Nikon monarchs would stay inside your budget as well. Gotta get out there and try them. I like the warranty for vortex, and leupold is pretty good warranty as well. Not sure about the others.

Vanguard Endeavor EDII 8x.

I did a side by side with the Vortex Viper HD and the Vanguard's were crisper.

I just recommended Vanguard's, but this isn't wrong either.

I looked through the Vortex Diamondbacks and they were nicer then the Nikon Monarch 7's. I think dollar for dollar its hard to beat the Vortex Diamondbacks. If you did want to step up the Vortex Vipers are nice and come with the glaspak case which is about a 70 dollar value.

For me the 3 nicest bino's I looked through under the 1000 dollar mark were the Leupold BX4 Pro Guide HD's, The Vortex Viper HD's, and the Vortex Diamondbacks. Each is in it's own price bracket, but in saying that I'd rank them like that regardless of price. I looked through Minox, Bushnell, Steiner, Nikon, as well and none of them were are nice as those 3. I was on a budget so went with the DB's. I dont regret the decision one bit, but would love to get the Leupold BX4's at some point in the future. Worth noting the BX2's by Leupold dont hold a candle to the Diamondbacks.

Vortex viper hd 8x42 here. Love them. You have to spend a lot more to beat them.

In the same price range you will find that is pretty common with much of the Vortex product.

Happy with the Steiner Preditor 10x42. But only one season with them. A step up from the Bushnell Ledgends I used for 10+ years.
