Does anyone have any experience with this bullet loaded into a 270 Win?? My aim is to try and replicate a .243 if I can find anyone with these in stock.

I have a bunch of the 110gr AB 6.8mm that I loaded in a 270 Gibbs. I’m thinking they’ll be devastating on deer. Might get a bunch of blood shot meat though.

For sure, there could be a bit of bloodshot if they're really moving along . My idea is to try and get them loaded down to somewhere around 2700, give or take, close to a 243 100 gr load, and see how they work.

I shoot 80gr Barnes Ttsx out of my 25-06 AI at 3875fps and just love it for deer. One of my daughters shoots the same bullet out of her normal 25-06 at 3500fps and it just cranks the deer.

I shoot them in a 16" barreled 6.8SPC. My go to bush gun. Hovering around what you are looking at for speed and they lay the smack down on all the whitetails I have shot with it.
