Default Nsr?

Tonight was my first night ever fishing the NSR and I didn't catch a thing. I was out with 2 friends, one caught 3 fish, 1 small walleye, a sucker and a gold eye, the other friend caught a decent walleye, a small one and a gold eye, and 9lb jack! it was pretty awesome.
so that was by far the biggest fish i have seen caught in person, (no i have not done a lot of big fish fishing, haha)
i got skunked but it was still fun just being out there for a few hours.

my buddy and the 9lber, man was it fat!

What's your biggest out of there?

Schian

What a ridiculous law. I can see if it was in city limits, or if your in a motorized boat, but sitting on the river bank fishing???

Oh, and congrats on the fishing, the NSR can be extremely productive certain days and places.

whether city limits or not, fishing on public land and sipping on beers could get you a fine. fishing on private land is a different story.

So long as you take the empties with you when you go, and you are not in the realm of "public drunkenness" who are you hurting? You are right on what the law is, but in this case it really "is an ass". We are SO overgoverned (?).
