A gun you would never sell?
Hi all,
I was just looking through the safe at the collection that I have acquired. Started looking at the all and got to thinking. Do you have a gun you would never get rid of?
For me, it is my Savage 111 7mm Rem Mag that I received from my parents as a grad gift. It is always the first rifle to get packed for a hunting trip, no matter where we are going. That rifle has seen more field time then any other rifle I own. She has never let me down. Taken numerous Whitetail, a couple mule deer and my first moose. She loves the Winchester 160 grain Accubonds. Last summer I upgraded the scope. Went from the kit gun Simmons 3-9x40 to a Hawke Sidewinder 4-16x50 with the SR Pro reticle. This gun has never let me down and I couldn't imagine ever getting rid of it.
Got me thinking, does anyone else have a rifle they would never get rid of, and is always those go to.
