That's a tough one for me to choose from my rack, as much as I'm not a fan of the 06, I'd have to say a 243 because I love that caliber and my 30-06. It's a very accurate and comfortable shooting gun, still amazes me.

I really do like how my 7mm-08 is performing so I think the 06 will be missing some bush time in the future.

That's a tough call .. but if I had to choose only two they would be a 6.5 x55 and a .338-06.

I Could be happy strolling the earth, for all big game, other than dangerous, with my 300 H&H and M70 7x57.
I sure miss my Ultra light (5lbz 2 oz scoped) .260 mountain rifle and long range rig a M70 in .264win , but the 300 H&H and 7x57, could cover most of the capabilities,

If you want to have a few shots with a 300 H&H, (300 win) are essentially the same, I can lend you mine to go to the range.
cooper's are hefty, A 300win mag, won't be a problem,

A Savage 24 in 30/30 and 20ga.
And a fine bolt action repeater .22....

That does everything, but leaves lots of what if's mind you.
