New NW Calgary Fly Shop
Iron Bow should be open in the next week or so.
Located in Dalhousie Station 
Nice to have a shop back in the NW

Sweet, gonna be nice to not have to take transit for 20 minutes+ to get to a fly shop, not having a car. Hopefully they are as helpful and friendly as the other shops in town.

looks like mike day is opening it up again, he owned bowrivertroutfitters, before it went downtown. He was always really good to me, i have not stepped foot in a shop to buy flyfishing stuff in 2 years, cause i have everything i need, may have to stop by for a visit.

Learned of this over the weekend too. Didn't know he planned to open shop so soon though. Good news for sure for that side of the city as well as the Cochrane boys.

I just like having more options. I like to spread the wealth around to the shops that treat me great. Work DT so I like to stop in at Hansons and Troutfitters and if Im down south then it's Country Pleasures for me. Now on my way home to Cochrane I have a new spot to lurk.

I drove by yesterday and Mike was out front so I stoped in. Mike is looking at opening this Friday or Saturday if everything goes well.
Shop looks great.

I miss southbow.... didn't have a lot of gear but now Okotoks or turner valley needs a shop!
