We did the same thing and pieced together the clothing in kids sections between cabelas and bass pro shop. Only problem now is finding boots that are light enough for walking and will be warm when we sit.

The biggest problem I had was listening to her tell everyone she got a bigger whitetail than me and elk and so on. Beginners luck I said, but that's only good for a few years. 20 years later she is my taxidermist and I wouldn't want to hunt with anyone else. I finally got a bigger deer......for now

my wife doesn't understand why I do it cheaper to go to safeway and buy the meat.
Made the misteak of asking last week if she wanted to come doooooh!!!!!
my son (16yr) looked at me and said she knows were going hunting doesn't she.
well 2 days into a 3 day hunt camp ( are we going home now)
NO were here till tomorrow, hopefully she doesn't come again.
me and my son love our time camping and hunting together , and when my son doesn't want to come i'm ok with going alone.
actually would like a partner to come along because I've heard half the stories that I told.
