Default 243 cast bullets

Anyone out there try cast bullets in their 243? One of my neighbors recently bought a 243 for his daughter but shes still a little intimidated by it. I thought light cast loads would let her get some comfortable trigger time with it however getting a mold with our current postal situation is a challenge...
Is there anyone in the Edmonton area the that may have a mold to lend or sell? Or perhaps we could simply make a deal for a already cast batch? I cast extensively for other calibers so I already have everything needed except the mold...
Any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated.

just run a reduced load with 4895. 60% of published max loads will wotk great; another option is 10 gr of unique and your favorite 70 gr bullet for plinking and close range coyotes.
the reduced load info can be found on hodgdon's website. lee

Reduced loads was my first thought as well but then I figured if I'm running slow I should just shoot cast and save a small fortune. Factory bullets are pricy for close range targets!
I've got a line on a mold thanks to a awesome AO member, hopefully in a couple weeks I can start having some fun!

Glad to see you get ahold of a mold. If you want to get her some trigger time .22LR is really cheep.
