Default Amazon Prime...what are you watching ?

Just what the title says...I've had it for a couple years and it's like 3rd in the depth chart AppleTV, Netflix and them AP...
I like the Ken Block shows, last night "HOUSE" man I miss that show, so started at the very beginning. Going to finish watching a movie called ANNA (russian spy lady)
They have all the ERNEST movies
Listening to CHED program this afternoon, they suggested Lian Neeson movies, so I've tee'd up Hunters, The Grey and Cold Pursuit.
They do have some LIVE sports shows especially tennis...Just the beginning of my list

The Grand Tour
James May-Our Man in Japan
Richard Hammond's Big
There's a few others I can't think of off the top of my head.
I"m going to watch Jeremy Clarkson's farming show when it comes out.

We have a Prime account cause we order a ton of stuff from Amazon. I don't know if I would pay separately for it but there is quite a bit of good stuff on there.

The Boys
Hunters
The Man in the High Castle

Mr. Robot
The Night Manager

It's pretty good. It is based on the idea of the Axis Powers winning WWII. The Nazis control the east half of the US and Japan rules the west half.

Jack Ryan is a pretty good series to get into. Some of the movies are not to bad and some are the worst I have ever seen.....watched one war movie where the Thomson Sub Machine gun of our hero...was just a plastic toy that he had to shake back and forth to simulate it firing...and that was the good part...lol. Some of the WW2 documentaries are pretty good.

Damages, very twisted plot, turbo charged lady lawyers - really liked it.
Sneaky Pete - con man with a soul - some real surprises
Justify - law and order rebel
Bosch - lawman with many issues, based on Michael Connely books. Good watch
Goliath - Billy Bob Thornton cutting er up at his best. 1st season was awesome, others good.

Damages....Into Season 2, and while I normally love legal drama, the constant annoying flashback technique is getting very old. Plus Patty is wimpy in this season. Not sure how long we can keep going on this one...

Favorite right now is The Expanse, a very well-made and exciting space series. Into season 2. After that, it will be The Terror.

Already watched include:

For legal drama, I quite liked The Good Wife, especially Christina Baranski who then starred in The Good Fight. Goliath was not bad although I wanted most of the characters to die off, except for Billy Bob, of course.

The Night Manager was excellent, and an easy binge watch. Hugh Laurie is fantastic. The Widow was also very good, and quite exciting, set in the Congo.

For bleak British thrillers, Broadchurch and Hinterland (actually, Welsh). Fantastic characters and acting.

For some Nordic Noir, Trapped and Bordertown, Icelandic and Finnish, respectively. Both excellent.

Justified, well... Timothy Oliphant. Seriously one of the Best Series Ever Made. We have the Blu-ray set, and it will soon be time to watch it again!

Justified - 10/10 as mentioned acting and story is perfect

Bosche - 10/10 great story, realistic acting for most part, stars kid drives me nuts but im old school. Still very addicting.

The Shield - 11/10 I think its on there, a bit older but best cop show ive seen and I dont always like cop shows despite my previous few choices. Binge watched it like mad.

Man in High Castle - 7.5/10 not bad, very cool concept but acting can have some fromage on occasion and they can be dumb as a stump.

The Boys - 9.5/10 if you think superhero shows are kiddish check this one out...this aint spiderman! A new take on the genre.

Prime kills Netflix imo, it isnt even close and we are killing off Netflix after I wrap up the last Narcos show.

How is Hunters? I also hear that Supernatural is now on Prime? True? I would sign up for that alone again.

Treadstone. Only watched the first episode, but I like it better than the entire Jack Ryan series... we will see if it stands up to Borne.
