Maligne trip

Fished Maligne back in the first weekend in June. Ice just came off the Wednesday before. Weather was unnaturally warm and made for a great trip. Fishing was great. Not over 100 fish crazy but landed about 70 on day 1

I did not leave home bay once. In June, there really is no need. Lots of big spawned out rainbows that were nice to look at but not much of a fight. Also caught a lot of brookies. And the brookies were delicious too!

the double shrimp works for me...

Double shrimp when trolling. Only maybe 10 were trolling. The rest were all caught still fishing. Black leech was hot! Silver chironomid was 2nd best.
