Anybody else grow Tomatillos and make their own green salsa

I've been making a similar salsa for some years now, but I'll cook the veg over a fire so it's smoked. My wife started growing tomatillos after the prices started getting stupid a couple years ago.

Thats why i put mine in the broiler for a slight char to give them a little smokey taste
