Default Black Bear hamburger

Wondering what you guys do with you black bear hamburger, do you leave it 100% bear or mix in beef or pork and reasoning why. Setting up my first black bear hunt so all help and idea welcome about what's the best way to eat. Thanks !

Unless you plan to use it all quite quickly I would keep it straight and mix as you use it

agreed I would go with this .

I would grind up a boston butt up and mix accordingly with a few spices.Good luck to you
