Sausage stuffer
Got tired of making sausage with a 1/2 HP grinder so ordered a 5 litre Trespade vertical stuffer. Recommended by a butcher that teaches the sausage making course at Olds College.Didn't think I needed the even more expensive Hobart or F.Dick brands as I'm not commercial.All metal gears and SS mostly.Should be here in a week or so depending on CP.Was not interested in the Chinese made ones with sloppy QC and plastic gears.
