Just not the same team from the regular season? Pretty sad when even the commentators are noticing it as well. Everyone had Calgary getting into the second round, pretty tough teams after that.

Call me crazy, but I can still see the Flames pulling this out. Likely? No, but if Smith can play like that at home again, and they can get another W, you never know. The 4th game is the hardest one to win.
More likely... Smith comes crashing down to earth on Friday and the Flames get pumped 4-1....

Well.....glad I missed it then. I was on a boat, fishing for bluefin tuna, out of Pirates Bay, Tasmania. And we caught three. So I'm not down. Flames really needed to win that.

McKinnon reminds me of Iginla 04....they are going to have deep playoff run.
Colorado is looking unbeatable right now.....they are using their speed and the Flames have no answer.

Backland needed to bury that one, up high or on the ice, not 10” high.
That’s the diff, 3-1 or 2-2.
But then again, that would have meant Flames scoring on aprx 50% of their chances and Aves scored on aprx 20% of theirs, and its 3-1.
Getting outdone for sure.

Man, this sucks. The top line is absolutely useless in the playoffs. As a team they are letting 50+ shots a night. Smith.... Mike F'n Smith has been the best player on the team in the playoffs. Everyone was saying our goaltending is going to be the only downfall to the team, nope... nope that is not the case.

Next year no one will remember the Regular Season and Tampa and Flames 1st round exit.
I am not surprised by the Flames, as I said they have one of the worst playoff records in NHL history.
I am blown away by Tampa's exit....?
