Default Resident trapping licence

Just looking to confirm a few things
Under a resident licence one may trap on private and lease land which you have permission.
Is it a requirement that the lease land does not fall under a rfma?
If this is the case how does one figure out which lands are covered by a rfma? Not so worried about who the owner is, just if there is one.
Thanks all

Grab a copy of the trapping regs. It is explained within. You must have written permission forms filled out to the lands you are trapping on under a resident trapper license.

There are maps that show all the registered traplines in the province.

If the lease land is within a RFMA you can't trap on it unless your the RFMA owner. I'm sure some RFMA owners would be willing to work something out where your allowed to trap on that lease though.
