Thumbs up

Pics aren't important when it gets warm like this and the fish will appreciate being back in the water quicker, and yes the fish are in good shape this year

Agreed, I was out a couple weeks ago, and most of the luck I had was with size 20 Griffith gnats! If you look closely you can see the fly on the side of this cuttys mouth, fishing was great a lot of 18" plus!

I seen some nice cutties cruising the shoreline on crypt lake last weekend.
Was wishing I had my fly rod.

Was up there July2 with my gear, but lost my leader and only had a 4" piece of line to try and tie a fly on...didnt work so well.....plus lots of drifting ice on the lake that day...what a shame..

I'm assuming he's referring to the fish being in the rocks.

Default Ah yes....

The old 'your killing it the way your handling it' bit.

They were fine... still are.

Cue the 'holier than thou release nazis.....'.

So on that note...

I let them dry right out before I put them back..... and when I released them, I used the old...'throw em and see if you can reach the other side of the bank
Technique..'

For all the purists out there.

Didn't mean to hurt your feelings there..

I'm not going to tell you how to handle your fish, nor do I consider myself 'holier' than you. Do your thing..

But for any new angler that sees these pictures, they should know it's not the best technique, nor does it make for a good picture in my opinion.

Default Nice fish

I don't recognize it. It almost looks like a salmon, please tell me what it is. Thanks.

The pictures are great.

Rainbows.....

Though if u look at the first pic.. you'll see it had red slashes around the throat...so cuttbow is a possibility.

The pics really don't do them justice.... I thought they looked like freakin salmon too!

One rocketted out of the water 4 times. Amazing fishies.
