Another Southern AB beatuty
I've posted a few photo's on the "Travers is dead" thread that I created. I fish that lake quite often (PB on that lake is just shy of 31 lbs). Last week we decided to hit a new spot, on a newish lake (only fished it a couple times), and roped into this beauty! Fished for a little over 4 hours that day. (This one hit 5 min before we decided to leave).
The main point I'm trying to get at is, if you have time, go fishing!! Whether you can only get away for 1 hour, 2 hour, 3 hour. Go fishing!! And if you have kids, take them with you!! (they will remember because I still do)
Fishing (to me) is not about catching! If you catch something, great! If you don't, try something different next time!! Have some patience (Rome wasn't build in a day!) And maybe one day you'll catch that fish of your dreams!!

Great job. Couldn't agree more with your comments about fishing in general. It's about time spent together with family and friends and getting out to enjoy what nature has to offer.

nice fish. I find I catch a lot more when Im thinking of quitting for the day too , they can sense it  (or eating, or having a coffee, or taking a leak)

Lovich 20lb+ fish - well over 10

I'm not sure if he's good, if he's a fish hog, if I'm lazy or if it's horse&*^@ luck.... haha
