I recently retired and with our new boat are starting to fish bigger lakes around the interior, i tie flys so i would like to tie some flys for upper arrow lakes, shuswap, adams, kootenay. I am wanting to tie bucktails i have all the materials i need i would just like some good patterns. The boat is a 20 ft thunderjet with extended transom with 150 and 9.9 yamaha's. THANK YOU in advance.

Be sure to drop by the Gill and Gift and pick up some of Brownie's flies. They know what colors and combos are working at the time you may be there as they know the waters. Something you won't find on youtube. Be sure to check out trouty link. Size is also very important and how you bucktails "track" in the water.
