Default Here is a pic of my new rifle!!

Thompson Center Encore Pro Hunter. in a .270 Win.

I had to buy the frame and barrell seperatly, but this allowed me to opt for the blued fluted barrell (28"). I think it looks awesome with the balck details in the stock and forestock.

I have a Busnell Elite 3200 mounted. I am confident I can place a shot where I want to, out to 300 yards (so far). Gonna go to the range tomorrow to throw some more rounds in it. It likes the 150 gr Fusion ammo the best so far. But I have some Hornadays that I will try tomorrow.

That is a thing of beauty. Where did you get it from?

"Handsome is as handsome does" as they say in the Shire.

Show us some groups.

I must admit it is a thing of beauty!

They are definitely high on the cool factor, but I can't like the stock configuration.
