Ps you don't want to lower it to much if the grass is not green as it will pull a lot of good grass out from their
roots before they awaken .

I power rake every spring, then fertilize, and that is it for my lawn preparation. I leave the raker blade on my old mower, and only use it for power raking, so no work changing blades., or readjusting mower height.. I am hoping to power rake my front lawn today, but the back is too wet.
