Default Draw question

If you become non-resident, can you use your resident points in the future?

This may not answer your question completely, but when my father lived in Alberta for 3 years, he put in for draws and acquired some priority points. When he left Alberta, I put him under my draws where I can as a non-resident. His priority points continued from when he was a resident. His priority points were attached to his WIN number.

Priority points are priority points, it doesn't matter if you're a resident or non-resident.

Your priority points are attached to your win number. You don't lose your priority. But, when you apply as a non-resident you are only eligible to apply for antlered mule deer, antlered elk, antlered moose, trophy antelope, and non resident trophy bighorn (I think).
