That is your opinion. You are welcome to my share. I don't like stew, or any well done meat. Bear needs to be at least med well to be fully safe to eat. There are lots of tasty critters, guy doesn't have to resort to eating bear.

Bear meat and rendered bear fat is delicious.

My son got a nice bear last night. Have front and back legs in the freezer if anyone in the GP area wants them.
