Just wondering if anyone has fishined CLear Lake out by Wainwright? If so, how was it? Any good size fish? Where did you fish?

Thanks.

Still pretty early for perch and Walleye for that lake, unless you find them deep.
I heard Shuster was good before Christmas for Brookies.

Shuster is still crazy for brookies. But I figured I would try Clear Lake for a change of pace.

Once you turn off the highway to head to CLear, just keep following that road for another 5 - 10 minutes and it will bring you straight to Shuster. It's just a small little pot hole lake tucked back in the bush. I was mostly using a 1/16oz Forage Minnow Jig'n spoon. Bait isn't always necessary, but if I did use any, it was just a small piece of shrimp... just a big enough piece to get some odor out..
