I'd guess around $4k for a private sale. Trim and features play a big part though, a XLS I4 Std. 2WD will be worth quite a bit less than a Limited V6 auto AWD.

Buddy picked up black 2005 Ford Escape with 210k for $1,000.00 works great. He has put on 60k so far. This was November 2020.

My daughter just turned 18 and was looking for a car. Based on the used prices we saw around here I'd say between 3000 and 75,000.

I found Kelly's Blue Book to be fairly good for pricing trends.

depends on how badly the frame on the driver side is rotted out. Not kidding at all. They are horrible for frames falling apart, must have used recycled coke cans at the ford factories.

I just offered a neighbor $3000 for a 2003. It has an electrical problem whereby the dash will suddenly go dark and come back at its leisure.???

Shouldn’t be too hard to fix. There is a loose wire in the cluster. Had an issue with an F150 once. Googled it, and fixed the loose wire.

Go on Kijiji, FB Marketplace and Auto trader. Compare apples to apples for Km's and options. Then you will know what they are selling for and price accordingly.

Get it up on a hoist and inspected asap. Make it a requirement prior to sale. Have someone like Can Tire that does OOP inspections verify it is not falling apart. Trust me on this one, please
