Default Alaska Hwy washed out @ KM 898
Just a heads up if anyone else was planning a trip to Whitehorse area, etc.
We were planning on taking a load of horses up tomorrow, but may have to wait.
Major washout on the hwy approx. 125 km Nth of Liard Hotsprings.
My son sent a picture and it looks bad but hopefully they repair it soon.

I heard diesel is like $2.61 up there

Yes its not a cheap trip. Crazy times right now.
I'm still excited like a kid at Christmas time though. I never get tired of going Nth.

A buddy & his wife are on the north side of this. They have a camper & a boat so will just have to fish a couple more days......
