Default crossbow heads and targets?

So I picked up a crossbow the other day and figure before I get into hunting I better practice so I know I can make the shot. Which brings up 2 questions;

I found these shocker/judo whatever you want to call them, arrow heads. Can I use them on a crossbow? Can I fire them into target blocks? (Will it bounce off, or get stuck in the block?)

And second; who says target shooting has to be in boring target blocks? I'm thinking full drink cans and bottles, and balloons of course. What's your favorite thing to shoot and at other than target blocks and animals?

Ya you will donate a Judo to the target unless you have complete pass thru...but no issues shooting them with a CB...on a hillside sand bank the drink cans ballons etc will be great practise...My personal favorite thing to use judo's on is gophers and rabbits.

Thanks, looks like there'll be a lot of dead gophers soon. And I guess everyone else likes shooting at boring old circles.
