Default stretching Boards

Which is better for stretching coyote, a adjustable one or just a fixed board?

I can't really tell you which is better, but I've always used adjustables.

Coyotes are seldom all the same size. I would go with the adjustable. Halford Hides have a nice, reasonably priced selection of trapping supplies, including stretching boards.

Default boards

If I were you, I would get dimensions for any boards you require and make your own. It's just another thing that adds to the experience. Sometimes, it takes a bit of looking to find boards for the wolf, especially if you are a scrounger, like me.. lol enjoy your undertaking..
