Default Points of Interest

I am driving to Tulsa, OK and was wondering if there are any cool places that I should be stopping at along the way. Heading to to Minot, ND through Estevan,SK the first day, than going to make my way over to I-29 to follow south to Omaho.

Any gun or knife makers, camping/hunting stores, or points of interests that a person would like?
