Default 22 LR shooting practice/clubs

Have tried searching on Google but perhaps I'm not going it right. Everytime I look for some kind of 22 club I get information for Ontario shooting sports yammering on about pellet guns or a myriad of options from the states.

Is there a group or Organisation in the Edmonton area that does this or do I need a gun range membership to be able to meet up with others who enjoy shooting a 22 in the winter to stay practiced up?

Any leads are appreciated.

Winter 22 is mostly an indoor sport. Edmonton has the Phoenix range. Mostly hand gunners but a few rifle shooters use it too. If you were in Calgary there are more choices.

So is Phoenix about the only option then for indoor range in the Edmonton area?

Just wondering if anyone has any actual info in regards to this range planned for Acheson (Edmonton) or is it never going to happen.

Dead as a door nail and a bunch of people that had money in it lost their shorts.

yes it would have been awesome if it did get off the ground indoor 100 yrd range sounds like a licence to print money. Lots of people would love and use it.

40 yrd at phoenix is fun too but not the same

With cold weather it is very difficult to get really decent groups with rimfires. This is one thing I hate about winters here - can not really do precision rimfire shooting.
