Echo Lake (and campground)

While out for a drive this evening to check out some crown land close to home I stumbled across a Echo Lake and Campground. This is in Westlock county south of Clive. Does anyone know anything about this lake and campground? It says its administrated by Westlock County and currently has a locked gate on the access. Any fish here? stocked or not stocked?
