Default Adanac Mine Mulie

Was going up to the Adanac Mine site to do some spotting so that I could fill my antlered mule deer licence, on the way up 2 does and 2 fawns came out and then disappeared which is when then big boy came out. Had to grab my boys' rifle and got him with one shot. The only bad thing was that he came crashing down in the only water on the hill. Hopefully he's good eating . . . don't know how old he is but he was losing his teeth, might have to turn him into sausage or hamburger.

Congrats on an awesome Mulie...nice rack and nice colour.
Try cooking up some choice cuts before turning the whole beast into burger.

He's been cut into roasts, steaks and hamburger . . . will see how tender or tough the meat is and go from there.

Great buck Geezer55! That's a great specimen from that area! Looking at the priorities, I imagine he was worth the wait!

Did some cooking the last couple of days off . . . there were some funky smells . . . glad the neighbours didn't complain! Now to apply the hydrogen peroxide to get the whitening started.

Finished with the peroxide, I like the look of these, at least for my first try.
