Default Possible new world record wt.

Heard rumor today of a new world record whitetail from if you can believe it Bigger Sask. It apparently does not only beat Milo's deer it crushes it. It came from a very good friend so i guess we will see where this goes. It apparently is a 6x6 and it is get measured next Saturday.

Has anyone heard of this deer getting killed? I would imagine its pretty hush hush but look forward to the story and pics if true.

That was killed by Charles Stone, a native outfitter from SK a few years ago. Going from memory, there was some wagering back then between forum members about its possible world record claims. It was not even close. I have no idea if any of the losers ponied up.

The Hanson buck is a 6 by 6. The stone buck ended up being in The 180s I think.

Rumours.
Biggar isn't the Mecca some believe it to be, there are areas that have wintered better in the last decade.

Lac La Biche monster huh? Know one I know up there has heard of any contender 200" deer. In fact I understand this is a lacking year for that area.

I can verify that, there isn't a 180 behind every tree. The last two winters have kicked the crap out of the population here. Most days I have seen more moose than deer.
