Was just reading up on it, didn't realize the man was 90. Still kicking it at a late age.

I remember watching the videos of him and John Lennon playing together, John should have left Oko home. At about 1:20 you can see Chucks eyes near pop out of his head - Oko screaming into the mike.

2014 would put the man @ 87? Still touring. I figure if I live to 87, I'll be drooling over myself in an old age home and feeding through a tube. Gotta hand it to him.

Thumbs up Chuck Berry

.
Just think of how many he outlasted, and put to shame.

Here he is, way back in '58 ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ROwVrF0Ceg

One of many news articles about his passing; http://www.cnn.com/2017/03/18/entert...ck-berry-dies/

So true ^ !

And if Chuck's skin was white, the likes of Elvis Presley would have never happened. Think about it!

The man was a legend long before he passed. Just check out youtube and see the list of performers that have played with and for the man. Tina Turner, Buddy Guy, Eric Clapton and on and and on. Here's one I like. I figure if you can get Keith Richards to dress like that and play back up guitar, you've got some pull in the entertainment business. GN

I think you meant yoko

As for Berry, like many, a great artist but a scumbag as a human

It is what it is... I'm sure there'll be a few people show up at my funeral to make sure I'm dead.
